The Wisdom of Mind and Body
My journey began in education, earning a Master's Degree (M.Ed) with a deep curiosity about how people think, learn, adapt, and transform. Yet I quickly realized that true growth cannot happen from the neck up alone. To bridge mind and body, I stepped into somatic practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodywork Practitioner. Through years of hands-on touch, Thai Yoga, and bodywork, I learned that our nervous systems hold our unexpressed stress, unspoken wisdom, and innate capacity to self-regulate. Real transformation begins when we learn to listen beneath the noise and let the body guide the change we seek.

Unpacking Choice Points & Relational Harmony
As we move through life, our greatest overwhelm often arises at two intersections: how we make complex decisions and how we relate to others. To foster relational clarity, I spent years studying and sharing Nonviolent Communication (NVC), restorative practices, and harm reduction—eventually facilitating international relational work and family peacebuilding camps. To address the anxiety of life's major crossroads, I co-founded Clarity4Action, translating decision science into whole-person decision-making tools. Together, these frameworks allow us to clear cognitive overwhelm, honor your core values, and make choices that feel deeply authentic.

Sacred Space & Existential Care
As my practice evolved, so did my call to support people through life's deeper existential questions. Through advanced training in chaplaincy, spiritual care, and traditional healing practices, I learned the quiet art of holding steady, non-judgmental space during seasons of grief, identity shifts, elderhood, and spiritual seeking. My chaplaincy background brings a sacred, reverent presence to our work—ensuring that your fears, longing, and questions of meaning are met with absolute compassion and honor.
